About Our Farm

Hudson Farms, LLC is a small, family-owned and operated farm based in Eastern Oregon. We currently serve the Treasure Valley and surrounding areas. We are a licensed hemp grower in the State of Oregon with a passion for gardening fresh produce.

Hudson Farms, LLC implements Regenerative Agriculture methods that have proven to increase the overall health of the ecosystem. We do not use pesticides or any other harmful chemicals for our crops or in our soil. There are much better (& safer!) ways to protect your garden from pests and/or plant diseases. We believe in the JADAM or 'Korean Natural Farming' way to produce the healthiest, organically grown produce. If you have any questions about these practices, please reach out to us.

Johnny D. "Doc" Hudson Jr.

Doc was born and raised in Boise, Idaho. He went to Capital High School and attended a few semesters at Boise State University with an emphasis in engineering. Gardening has been a hobby of his for a long time and his experience in the food industry provides a valuable asset when it comes to quality. His knowledge and expertise in construction are in credit to various jobs and his experience in the military.

Rebecca A. "Becca" Hudson

Rebecca was born in Anchorage, Alaska and spent most of her life growing up in Idaho. She received an Associates in Veterinary Technology in 2016, which she earned while working and a single parent.

She has helped many others in garden prep/work. Including care, harvest, and preservation. With a love for education and expanding skill set, you can rest easy knowing your garden is in her hands.
